Christina Hendricks
Christina Hendricks (born April 15 1977) is an American actress best recognized for her role as Joan Holloway during the first seven seasons of AMC's historical drama Mad Men. The series brought her six Emmy nominations, including best acting support and critical acclaim. The span of her career, which has spanned more than two decades, has included appearances in the comedy crime series Tin Star as well as Kevin Hill's legal drama. In movies, she is acclaimed for her role in Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River The Neon Demon The Strangers: Prey at Night Egg as well as American Woman. In addition, she has been the voice of animated films like From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 or Scoob! Prior to becoming an actor, she enjoyed an established career as a model. The actress had her first big part in the comedy drama series Beggars and Choosers. After the show, she was recognized for the role she played on Firefly. Esquire magazine honoured her with the title of sexiest and most attractive American woman of 2010, in their annual poll.
