Michael Keaton was an American actor, producer and director best known as the star of Birdman. An actor with a variety of talents, he's adept at playing comedic in addition to dramatic characters. As an actor, he has appeared in a variety of roles in romantic scenes and was a part of action-thrillers. He began to take an interest in acting and performing when he was in his teens and tried his luck at stand-up comedy while a young man. Although his stand-up show was not successful it helped to open the way for his acting. When he failed to become a successful comedian He began his career at the Satellite station, as a television crew member. Through working, he began to realise that he desired to appear in front of the camera. After landing a job on TV, he starred on numerous episodes of Mister Rogers Neighborhood. His natural talent as an actor helped him become a household name on TV. His comedic performances brought him fame and he began an acting career with high ambitions. The accolades grew by his portrayal of Batman's famous hero in Tim Burton's Batman. He grew in his abilities as an actor and also started to pursue direction and production. His performance in 2014 as Birdman garnered him many awards and nods.
